Modification Services for Steinberg UR-RT4 interface

The UR-RT2 and RT4 are excellent interfaces that we are excited to announce a modification to.

These models feature a Rupert Neve Desgined preamp section and a wonderful transformer mojo but still are desgined to be at the entry level market.

This is where we come in with our offering of a full analog path upgrade for all section.

The results are excellent and the sound is incredible for such a small box and is our new personal favorite.

We offer a wonderful audio path and converter upgrade that is affordable and sounds excellent.

Like all of our modifications this one offers an excellent Price to Performance ratio!

UR-RT Series Modifications.

Modification Package features a full Analog path modification for all channels of analog input and output using high performance Burr Brown and Linear Technologies Amplifiers for excellent low end response and an open top end.

With The analog mods on these interfaces we get a wonderfully warm front end at the analog inputs coupled with a very flat response output section for a precise representation of your mix, making great mixes easier.

We replace all of the coupling capacitors for low noise, very musical types that offer better longevity and more analog warmth. 

Values are adjusted for the best possible audio response with the new installed amps and noise reduction techniques. 

Converter De-coupling and coupling techniques are also used for an even broader and more accurate image of the audio from the converters for the full audio expereince from these classy little desktop Interfaces. 

Then finally we perform a power supply modification for maximum bandwidth and headroom. The converters with the modifications sound excellent and easily as good as interfaces costing three times as much. 


With the modifications we get a lot more bandwidth, lower noise, cleaner and larger audio with a lot more headroom.
The modifications on these really help to hear inside the mix for optimal tuning.

Overall musicality is improved significantly in both packages and the audio image becomes clearer, smoother and well defined just like you would expect from a Revive Audio modified piece.
